With Petsitting24.ch private individuals can find animal-loving pet sitters for their dogs, cats, birds and other pets. We believe that everyone should find the perfect care for their pet quickly and easily.
Therefore, we offer a satisfaction guarantee for premium members: We will refund your money for your premium membership if you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days after you started your subscription, e.g. if
- you could not make contact with a petsitter,
- you couldn't find a petsitter who would fit your needs,
- our platform is not for you after all, or
- you are dissatisfied for some other reason.
To claim your guarantee
Within the first 14 days after the start of your premium subscription, contact our support team by e-mail and tell us the reason why you are dissatisfied. This information will help us further improve our site and our service.
Afterwards you will receive the money for your premium subscription back to the original source of payment (PayPal, credit card or bank account) without any ifs and buts.
