Hello! My name is Alexandra and I am a Canadian student completing my Masters in Luzern. I am a total dog lover, and I have had a dog my entire life up until moving to Switzerland 1 year ago. Growing up, I had 3 labradors and at the moment I have 2 shih-tzus, whom are living back home with my parents and I miss more than I can put into words. I have always felt a very loving connection with animals – especially dogs – and see my own dogs as a part of my family. Everywhere I go, I can’t help but ask dog-owners walking by if I can stop and give some loving to their dogs. I feel comfortable with both larger and smaller dogs, and have been a petsitter to numerous dogs that belong to members of my family and friends over the years.
I am currently looking for dogs and cats to petsit to make some extra money alongside my studies, and I thought this would be the best way considering caring for animals does not feel like a job at all to me. I’d love to spend some time with others’ furry friends as I miss my own so much back home!
