Looking for an experienced high energy dog trainer/sitter

I am looking for somebody who can support with our 2 year old dog, Kubo. He is a very high energy dog who needs a lot of stimulation and exercise. It would be beneficial if you have another medium or large sized female dog for him to play with. He is not currently castrated and though he can tolerate other males, his need to be the dominant is very strong. If you have a male, it would be better if he is much older than Kubo.
Kubo was born at the beginning of the pandemic in the United States. Unfortunately his only training was with me and not in a group setting bc of the lockdown. We then moved to Madrid, Spain where he has lived almost all of his life (also during the pandemic and restrictions). Because of this, Kubo is not used to life in the campaign. He has a very high prey drive and likes to chase small animals. Kubo loves to play with other dogs and can be reactive on the leash, becoming frustrated when he cannot approach the dog to say hello. He thinks that everyone would like to caress him and still must learn not to jump on people.
During the last year in Madrid, Kubo spent much time at day care with other dogs and going for 10k runs with his hosts. He spends much of his time at home taking siestas, looking from the terrace, or playing with his toys. He especially loves his blanket and to chew on it. I’ve recently had a baby so it is a bit more difficult for me to give him the attention he deserves.
The best instance would be to hire someone who can run with him. I suspect he would enjoy running with a bike but he has not had practice with this. If not, a long walk or hike would be incredible. Let me know if you are interested!
