Lemonfrog Ltd. is the owner of a platform named Petsitting24.ch, having the sole intention of introducing people (hereinafter referred to as “employees”) that offer their experience, knowledge and capability in pet care to people seeking (hereinafter referred to as “employer”) pet care and other pet related help and that have placed their enquiries on the Petsitting24.ch platform.
After registering for free on Petsitting24.ch, the employer can create a profile, look at other profiles and search for employees. To get in contact, employers will have to unlock their membership; this costs CHF 39.90 for an unlimited access for 90 days. The employer will then have complete access to the platform and can search for potential employees and be able to independently contact such employee’s through their respective email addresses.
Lemonfrog Ltd. issues no guarantee that the persons contacted will reply within any given time, or even reply at all.
Lemonfrog Ltd. will not become a contractual partner nor arbitrator should a collaboration be formed or result between employer and employee. Employer and employee both relinquish and waive any and all claims and demands towards Lemonfrog Ltd. In particular, Lemonfrog Ltd. accepts no responsibility for damages or disputes arising from contacts between employer and employee.
Lemonfrog Ltd. accepts absolutely no responsibility to guarantee the quality of services provided and revokes any claim for compensation resulting there from, and from contracts entered into between employer and employee.
Where and when applicable, the employer is responsible to procure legal residence-permits and work-permits.
Swiss Law is governing all relationships between employer and Lemonfrog Ltd. The sole and only court of arbitration is Bülach ZH, Switzerland.
