How do I report a user?

We are determined to make Petsitting24 safe and trustworthy for all users. While we proactively review profiles, there may be rare occasions when unchecked content gets published. Therefore, we appreciate your help in making our platform safer.

To report an inappropriate profile or job offer:

1. Log in to your Petsitting24 account.
2. Go to the profile/job offer you want to report.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the open profile or job offer and click on "Report or block problem".

4. Select the option "Report as inappropriate" and follow the instructions.

Please describe exactly why you are reporting the user. The more information we receive, the more we can do.

The profile or job offer you reported will then be thoroughly reviewed and our customer service will take further action accordingly.
