That's why we have introduced the satisfaction guarantee, which applies to all Premium members—both pet owners and pet sitters. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchasing your Premium membership, for reasons such as:

  • You were unable to connect with a pet owner or pet sitter,
  • You couldn't find a pet owner or pet sitter who met your requirements,
  • Our platform did not meet your expectations,
  • Or you are dissatisfied for any other reason,

you can take advantage of our satisfaction guarantee.

How to claim the guarantee:

Please contact our support team within the first 14 days of your Premium membership via the contact form and inform us of the reason for your dissatisfaction. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us for continuously improving Petsitting24 and our service.

We will then refund the amount of your Premium membership💸—no questions asked—back to the original payment method 💳.
